Today was another keep cosy day - Andy was working all day and so I had Evie to entertain.... so I decided we should bake something!

We plumped for making brownies :) Evie loves helping mix, weigh and scoop! She is very good with a spoon to open an egg.

Here is our brownie - a bit tasted but will be cut up and put in a box.
